my launcher seems to be stuck at Updating Patch files

    Make sure to set exceptions to GamezBD Launcher and Black Desert Online folder in your antivirus, firewall and windows defender. Restart the launcher and let it patch the files.

    i can only find the launcher installer for GamezBD but not the launcher

    What about C:\Program Files (x86)\GamezBD Launcher

    There is nothing we can do if it's slow. It depends on your connection. But if it stuck on updating patch files you will have to set exceptions.

    i have a pretty fast internet speed but okay, ill just have to let it set for awhile

    yep i have AVG Antivirus and it has the exceptions made and i dont have windows defender on because i have AVG instead... and ive already allowed it to go through my firewall and it's still stuck

    well you said to set exceptions with my Antivirus, firewall and windows defender and windows defender isnt activated because i have AVG and i dont see where to even set exceptions if it is actually on
