Raise enhancement level reduction cap to duo

    Title says it all. Make it so that gear cannot fall below duo on failed enhancement. Rates are fine, but two very hard steps in enhancement is unnecessary, especially when both can require up to 40+ stacks to succeed on and failing either one reduces your enhancement level.

    This would make enhancing even more easier. You and many others forget to notice how plentiful blackstones and shards are, sure they are snipped off the market instantly but acquiring them from killing mobs and gathering is just insane making enhancing that much easier.

    Just spend a few days/evenings grinding mobs for blackstones and gathering for shards and you will find yourself flooded with stones for enhancing. Also run the battle ground thing and get free cron stones for TRI+ attempts.

    I've spent two weeks in hexe, farming 20+ witches a day and turning them into sharps. I've have a 76 stack and had a 65 stack from failing pen on my dande. I've built numerous 40-50 stacks trying to get duo and tri. Maybe it's easy for you, bud, but not everyone. I thought most people were lying through their teeth when they said rng screwed them hard. My first tri on dande was at 16 stacks, then a tet at 32. After that, I've had 0 luck. There's two people in my guild who've also built up high stacks from failing tri. One has a 69 from tri failures. There's also plenty of horror stories floating around from other sources.

    That all aside, pen armor/weps aren't the carrot here. Tri+ accessories are. Making gear even easier isn't a bad thing. You need close to full pen to compete with the core crew here. Some of that core crew has exploited bugs to get where they are now, too. 1 cron stone costs being one of the more known exploits before it was fixed. From what I'm also hearing, grind spots like hexe were even more profitable at one point or another. I've also been told that the cron costs used to be less as well. So why make things harder for newer players? It certainly shouldn't be any harder unless you intend to rebalance it by reducing abusers gear or something else.
