Prime Weapon level 70 problem

    Why is my Prime weapon only level 70? i just got traded this now but why? Can someone tell my why? Thanks for replies.

    Prime Archon/Guardian Royal Captain X: is lvl75; non "Captain" is lvl 70. People obtained them through coalescence.
