Failed to init security

Hello everyone, I'm trying for about 3 days already to run the game, downloaded the full 855 client via the torrent link from the sticky thread above.
Can't make the launcher go past that error, tried changing the version.dat name, tried making an exception for the folder and for every possible file related to the game both on Windows Defender and on the firewall, tried to force check, tried to reinstall a couple of times too, I don't have any antivirus other than Defender.
In short, I already tried every possible solution I've found here and yet nothing seems to work..
Trying my luck for the last time probably, hoping someone have a different solution to try.

and install all microsoft visual c++ librarie from this package, then restart pc.

 

Already have the VC 2017 but tried again anyway, still no change

Don't have the program on my pc.. maybe tell me what you want to check and I'll send you pics of it?
Anyway, is there any other known solution other than those that already been tried?

 

A few things. What about real-time protection?

 

Tried both on and off, tried re downloading and reinstalling it while it's off too.
Is there any chance that the download given at the sticky thread is faulty? because as I said, the only protection program currently on my pc is Windows Defender and the files related to the game are all on the exceptions list, and even when the program isn't active the game still doesn't run.
And assuming that VC and the full package provided by Kolka here are the only things the game needs to run, it seems like there is a problem with the files of the client itself maybe?

 

So there is nothing else to try?..
Is there anyone who had the error and found a workaround?
