About upcoming Update 08.07.2020

"Information about next patch from development:
We prepared support of 08.07.2020 EU game client with support all changes in class balance.
Implemented fully spawns, items, quests, drop and buff changes on all skills and effects and all features what we have in past versions updated to support new version of client. That first stage is finished. We now on second stage.
Second stage is implementing new systems (i type system - status of development):
1) Agris Fever system - implemented.
2) New siege 5000HP / 500HP rules - implemented.
3) Fairy skill change system - implemented.
4) Updated bartering system - implemented.
5) New ship / sailors stats - implemented.
6) Skill preset / Multiple learning system - implemented.
7) Season channel support - implemented, but not sure if we will use it on live.
8) Implemented custom tips on client loading
9) Horse Rental System - now in development.
10) Char recommendation system - not implemented, in queue.
11) Specter of Belmorn summoning mechanic - not implemented, in queue.
12) Grándiha & Papua Crinea - now in development.
13) Revamped Rich Merchant's Ring - not implemented, in queue.
14) Karma decreasing by kill ships in force pvp - not implemented, in queue.
15) Alot of small simlpe things still need to do (20 character slots, update pearl shop, update missing translation auto transaltor)
Thats was 2nd development stage on what we now. Next will be third development stage: Unlocking hidden content and testing.
From now we can confirm that our version contain some locked content such as: New items, new zones (4 farm zones and one big city Odylitta with quests), Hashsashin without awakening - that what can be confirmed. Rest is not investigated, its some quests etc on korean. 2) Chat recommendation system - implemented.
3) Specter of Belmorn summoning mechanic - implemented.
4) Grándiha & Papua Crinea - implemented, but have minor diff from original version.
5) Revamped Rich Merchant's Ring and Trade Pass - implemented.
6) Karma decreasing by kill ships in force pvp - implemented.
7) New quest task type - give caphrased item to npc (need for new armor quests) - implemented.
8) Implemented new type of pearl shop goods - weekly items by day (Monday item, Friday item etc).
9) Shai Music album on web - implemented.

All known changes in version we already implemented.
Here the list of some important changes what we will have in server configuration after patch:
1. Max character level cap will be raised to 70.
2. Atanis Falcon become consumable item, so we will restore cash for it after patch.
3. Blackstar and Fallen items (included weapon) enhancing will be x0.2 per fs for non prem and x0.25 per fs for prem users.
4. Black spirit pass will be allowed to buy for pearls and will be active on season servers.
5. Trial characters will have possibility to learn successions.
6. Instead of EXP Knight event in this version Ancient Weapon will have chance to appear near character and drop some event consumables for buff character.

Current state of development:
We finished all known version changed tasks in this version. Now team separated between 2 tasks. One part work on adopt game client to our customizations (enchant calculator, T9 horse calculator, display premium buffs, loot filter, teleport on points etc). Second part work on find what changes we can additional unlock in hidden content and fix old bugs (currently fixed: possibility to register enhanced Khan on CM, sea monsters which not give drop sometimes, fix disable toggle skills on player die, transport mounts with items between cities, emoji with message which have linked item in chat, mechanic of blackstar boss fixed). We already gave all needed information for our partners from SmartGuard for adopt security to new client version.

There is not exact date of next patch, first of all we will share client for download in few days and after it will think about patch date and it will be related how fast people use pre-download client. There was too many changes in game files so even if u will use launcher for update its anyway will download near to full client size."

This version of the game has NOT been released yet, which means that you Can download it, but you cannot run the game with now. You have to wait until the release which will update the server files and enable the client version 2886.

 

Clarifying information:
"The Kolka-Helper-NPC and all functions associated with it, is going to be left untouched".

 

Just a quick update; the Torrent file download for the new update is running at the high rate of around 11.0Mb, so it is easily the fastest way to download the game.

 

Is this update live? keeps telling me my version is higher than the servers. (Mind you ive never pre downloaded an update so i dont know if this is normal) if its not live, is there any estimate on when it will be? it has now been a week since the download link was announced. generally an update is already live on the servers when we get the link

 

To my knowledge, I don't think it is.

It is basically like any PRE-download, like when you order a game before it is released, means that you have the game and are ready as soon as they release it, but that at the moment you are unable to use it.

So right now, and until the next weekend, the game version will remain v2308, but at the end of the next weekend, we should see the version number change on the Launcher, and that is when you can just copy/move the new client to the previous game folder, it should do a file-check, then you should be up and running

One Important update for the players who want the next update to be released as soon as possible: Please! Keep seeding the Torrent file for the pre-download of 2886.

Because at the moment ALL players downloading the file just Immediately stop seeding it after receiving it, which is NOT how torrent sharing works, also the file is NOT illegal if that is what you are worried about, so you can share it " 'til the cows come home".
