Solved Please help :( 0401 Access Denied

I have no idea how to fix this i tried everything!

I downloaded the Mega Client same problem
I Copied BDO Files same problem
I downloaded the client (now) let it update and NOW THE SAME PROBLEM

Please help

Is this a persistent problem or have you been able to play normally in the past? Is your computer up to date? Do you use any Razer applications? Try:
Solution 1:
Go to Black Desert Online\bin64, right-click on BlackDesert64.bin and choose properties. Change the 'opens with:' to default, apply and select OK.
Solution 2:
Since not every windows version has the option to change the associated file back to default, there is another way to do this through regedit.

• Start -> Search -> type 'regedit' -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion -> Explorer -> FileExts, and delete .bin.

Make sure to permanently delete .bin key and all of its subkeys.

You will have to restart the computer for the change to take effect.

Hey Yes i do have Razor applications and when ever i click "Open With" it says pick an application it does not allow to me click default rather there is no option for default and option 2 i already tried

 

Hey so there no option for default when i click it just opens up the window and says chose an application and No this is my first time trying the game heard good things

 

omg it works i closed down RAZOR and now it works!! damn i guess my razor application was fucking with it thank you
