    You will have to remove the file associated with BlackDesert64.bin, because apparently your computer doesn't open the file with .bin, but with another associated file.
    Solution 1:
    Go to Black Desert Online\bin64, right-click on BlackDesert64.bin and choose properties. Change the 'opens with:' to default, apply and select OK.
    Solution 2:
    Since not every windows version has the option to change the associated file back to default, there is another way to do this through regedit.
    • Start -> Search -> type 'regedit' -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion -> Explorer -> FileExts, and delete .bin.
    Make sure to permanently delete .bin key and all of its subkeys.

    You will have to restart the computer for the change to take effect.

    Hey, i tried this and it works for me, but i really dont know if it's working for you .. Just try it^^
    Okay... Do it just like the picture and uncheck the first one (.. Language pack bla bla..)
    than press on set .. and try to start it .. if it's not working restart your pc dont open any program after restart , deaktivate your antivirus and open the launcher as admin and try to start it again.

    I'm not an expert, but that helps me.
    Good luck

    Do you have a program running in the background that clears your RAM?
    I have a program called Razer Cortex and when i closed it my game worked again.
    The program stops the applications that run in the background and let's you play most games with more FPS.
    There might be a program similar to what I have on your computer.

    I hope this helps a bit with fixing your game
