    I completed the 14th book and did not recieve the 100FS enchanted scroll.
    Checked the black spirit safe
    Talked to the black spirit to see if he had a quest of any sort, and absolutely nothing.

    You have to talk to Black Spirit, but it's not under the Quest option, you'll probably get that under the Chat option. Have you tried this?

    Yes, for book 10 once i completed it, the black spirit just popped out and talked to me. This time he didnt. so i opened him up and still nothing. Soo yeah im just screwed.
