Solved Cannot Complete Sage Awakening Quest

After finishing the quest [Sage Awakening] A Strange Ancient Device, it will be supposed to port me to another quest location for the next quest [Sage Awakening] The Kyve's Calling but the game ported me to the water below the map instead. I tried several restarts of the game but it was still on the water. So I decided to teleport to Sand Grain Bazaar but it is still underwater, then i used .rescue/escape then the game fixed.

Then I tried accepting/forfeiting the quest but still no sign to follow the quest. Please help.
