Season Pass Stuck

I started a new character in the season, but since i passed the naga quest, my season pass got stuck, ive tried to switch channels, switch characters, i saw this post https://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/season-pass-reward-not-registering-completed.236952/ and this one https://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/season-pass-reward-not-registering-completed.236937/ but nothing worked.

Im not doing the Memorandum questline, im doing the normal one

 

i and my friends have encountered the same issue.

 

I am in the same situation, this text specifically says to talk to complete the quest (long since done, stuck on bug in Mediah main quest line now) then talk to black spirit for our problem, but when I call up black spirit I get no option to talk about quest being complete. I don't know if it is related to the bug report quoted as it seems different steps/tasks not triggering but I don't know about the behind the scenes workings of the game.

 

This is working now with the update just a little while ago for me
