For some reason my client auto exit when i click 'connect' one of my characters in selection screen

pls fix this issue im not the only one experiencing this kind of problem it's so frustrating.

NA or EU all my characters on all channels happens this issue.

nah. i always disable my anti-virus (windows defender) and leave only malwarebytes.

[ATTACH] idk what to do. this is my first encounter so far in gamezbd this will happen after i click 'connect' then the game crashes.
