Coming to the dark side :D

Hey there folks, I'm not entirely new to Aion but I'm still newbie so to speak. I've been playing on the official servers for a littler over 3 months now, and to be quite honest I'm getting no where.. Not because I can't do anything on my own will, it's just I keep making new characters and restarting.. I just need something a little fast pace, I love grinding but I don't have the time to be sitting for 10h a day to play Aion and get where I want to be. Plus all that sitting and laying down doesn't go to well with my back; I'll be broken half way down in means time if I even try to keep something like that up.

The highest level character I've had was in the mid to high 40s. I'm still learning on enchanting and all that other stuff atm.

So I have a few questions if y'all don't mind chiming in at.

1. How active is this private server?
When I look at the forums, it seems like it's on and off with being active, but maybe it's different gaming.

2. How's the broker?
Are things expensive as ever? I'm assuming the economy would be a lot different on private servers. Not sure if you can still sell and buy clothing from the online shop, if you know what I mean. Maybe it's different? Really hoping the economy isn't messed up in this server..​

3. What's the biggest difference between Members and Non-members?
Will this affect me drastically in anyway, shape or form?

4. Can you still twink?

5. Does uTorrent really take forever to download?
I was looking in some old threads and boy did some people seem a little displeased... Maybe it just depends on your internet?​

6. Is there a more recent Download guide?
I'm not entirely sure if this is correct buutt. You have to download Aion via NcSoft. Then download Gamezaion through uTorrent? There are barely any stickies and I think this forum could use some tbh..... Or maybe I'm just not going back far enough into the pages....

1. Siel is fairly active (150 low - 300ish high). Full stigma server (all skills enabled)
Lumiel less active but an EU/stigma server. (10-20 people)

2. Broker prices are astronomical as usual but kinah inflation is fairly normal for this server and I don't think you'll find it that hard to come by in the long run. You'll find you can exchange online time for kinah in the UserCP on your profile on the website.

3. If you mean VIP in-game, then it means you get to be able to trade everything in the game* (given the edited item.pak), as well as some extra AP. GP, etc. when killing players or doing things. More EXP for leveling if you wish to do so faster (there's not much of a grind here). You also get a bit more kinah from online exchange as well. It will help you a lot as a newbie to get more AP to buy some starter abyss armor and such. You won't be able to PvP immediately most likely unless you find duels against those around the same gear as you or zerg/sieges. You may die quickly at the start but doing some PvE content will help net you medals and AP necessary for that gear (and the upgrades).

4. Not likely. Level 65 with gear will probably kill you any time.​

5. Depends on the leechers and seeders and stuff, suppose it might take awhile but our server speed should be fine.

6. Unfortunately this is what we have at the moment. We do need to update the files of our server or the torrent but it's hard to get a reliable version when NA retail is already updated and we are not xD You aren't required to download aion via NCSoft first, the version will be incorrect. You only have to download the torrent and install the Gamez launcher into that folder.​

1. How active is this private server?
Well TBH, GamezAION is very active I would say. I have been playing Gamez for 5years. And in my own point of view, experience wise, Gamez is getting better and better. Questions are fully answered by the community with the Guidance of active and friendly staff. Newbies are well guided, proper thread guides are given and the likes. Head Aion Master (@Dimitra) {please don't call her Miss Dimi or Ma'am Dimi or Sir Dimi, for she is a lovely young greek lady just plain DIMI} go online to check things personally especially like Dungeons like the recent Tiamat stronghold if talking to balaur is bugged or not to get some lovely harp. Bugs and Suggestions are well addressed. We also have @lisveth, her inbox is always open and im telling you, you can have a lovely chat with her. We have a lottery, awesome and fair events. And oh we have @Puddles, always there to inform assist and fix and approve her staffs suggested events. Just be careful not to go in her garden to poke some purple bears. She might shoot your head instead of the bears.
