New player questions (Gear/Godstones)

Hi all!

I just started playing on this server a few days ago and have a few questions.
The first is about gear. I have acquired a set of gear from mixfight, and it seems the next step is to get full IS gear, the question is however, where do i go from there?
Is IS-gear the best gear i can get? How are the tiers structured? What comes after IS-tier gear?

Another question i have is about Godstones.
I play a chanter and i would like to socket a godstone into my Sauro wep, but i've looked around sanctum and cannot find the godstone vendor, where can i find one?

I also have a question about "plumes". I saw some guy with a kaisiniel plume +7, giving him +30 atk, where can i get me a plume?
And what about equipment upgrading? What should be my priority? Enchantment levels, purification, conditioning?

Plumes are sold by an NPC but you can farm them from event boxess, IS Runs, and some boss drops them.

You just need to double click on your godstone then select your weapon in order to socket it.

IS gear is only for PvE but going there will reward you with 500k abyss points and 20 pcs of Ceramium medals (both are needed to buy pvp gear). You need to get a PvP gear which is better so u can fight other players in battle.

You can easily buy godstones from the broker with cheap prices, also u shud check out ur online time in the gamez website, u can exchange them for kinah-> http://gamezaion.com/index.php?page=onlinexchange

You can get a plume for about 80-100 million worth of kinah from Sanctum NPC FENNA, just type in the game's chat box "/where Fenna"

 

I think..it doesn't depend in gear.It depends on how you use it..

Is custodian the highest tier of PvP Gear once upgraded? And is IS-gear the highest tier of PvE gear?
Which items should i prioritize upgrading (Like should i focus on chest/shoulders/weapon etc.)?

EDIT: Oh and what about Enchantment stones, are Epsilon stones the ones i should be using? And at what +X should i start using supplements? I feel like i can get to +3 fairly easily, but after that i should start using supplements, is that more or less right?

If you upgrade your Custodian / Shepherd gear / weapon to the last level which is the mythical, the set will still not be the best in game because of the webshop sets / weapons.
I guess IS gear is the highest available to the player on this server for now (I'm not that sure about it since I don't have any on my characters)
In my humble opinion, I guess you should focus on weapons first.

About the enchantment stones, from +0 to +15, use Epsilon, mythical gears are hard to enchant than the others, make use of supplements when you see it's failing too much after some level...
If you get Omega enchantments from events / rifts pvp / pve, you can use it also but I would suggest you to save them to use from +15 to +20.
