Can we stop ignoring the fact that rates are going down & can we get some communication?

    Everyone who plays on BDGamez for atleast an hour a day notices that droprates are slowly going down, yet GMs deny this fact. The rates are even getting close to the retail ones while the website clearly says 'Monster drop rates: 10x'. The majority of the players also play on retail and come here to have some fun and don't want to grind 2 hours for 1 piece of accessoire.

    On the second point is that there is absolutely no communication between staff and members. Staff won't respond on discord and players that run into problems have to find their own solution. It should definetly not be that after trying to contact a GM for a week(!!) you get a vague answer back which doesnt help you in any way.

    I can speak on behalf of my guild Addicted that we would like to see these things changed, we wouldn't even mind the tons of bugs that are in the game if you guys would just communicate with the players.

    What I would also like to ad is that we dont feel like they are doing a bad job! Rly not and I hope you dont feel like that, this is what we try to say. I
    ts more like that it is to much work and to much requests from the playerbase, for two people alone to handle.

    Agree, besides you guys have something working against you, and that is the incoming wipe. And if the point of a beta is to test stuff, then give out the stuff we can't get in-game. Modify the energy system so that we can test more stuff.
    And there could be more things, but mainly the communication between staff and community is not that great, and you guys only have 1 GM that logs in the game 1-2 every week, that's not enough you need more.
    Still is great what you have here, and I will be part of this community till the end.

    Completely understand where you are coming from and all I can do is apologise for the current situation. I've personally tried my best in relaying information for a while, even though it is not my job in any way at the moment.

    Let's hope @Carl will decide to change things a little bit and communicate things a little bit better, wouldn't hurt anybody.

    That is right, there is a problem with the rates. The rates are set to 10x but after server restart it goes back to the original rates which are not high at all, lets say just like the retail.

    Here I have to disagree with you. If you run a search you will see that I several times tagged everyone on discord and said our main communication is the forums, not discord.
    In case you guys have any questions, concerns or suggestions, please use the forums.

    My access and authority are limited, which means I can't go aroud and give away PEN gear or shipyard license without consulting @Carl or @Puddles. Basically my hands are tied.

    I'm online more than you think. Just because I don't announce myself every time I log in it doesn't mean I'm not around.

    Then I would have to apologize since I missed this. I would like to thank you for your reply and I'm hoping to see more communcation and cooperation between the staff and players!
