    why my launcher my sever was outdated .. and i need to wait until it update.. but my friend which stay same place with me , he can play ..hmm. my version is gamez408- v2.15

    Yes. It says Gamez version is 408. Your version is 417, thats why the server is outdated.

    You are downlaoding full v408 client then you will only have to set your game path which is:
    Default C:\Program Files (x86)\Black Desert Online

    hi noyah
    i had a new problems now..
    i just started playing
    i want to create a character
    but suddenly the game close
    it says "others program are running, please close other programs and restart the game"
    can i know how to solve it..
    i will send the screenshot when its happen again..

    This is because of xign code, there is many programs it doesnt like, try loading the game on a fresh reboot, if problem persists take a look at task manager to see what you have running in the background, many posts on reddit and other sites about this issue and the programs that conflict with xign code

    click get more info, should say what its triggering on, thats xign picking up 3rd party software and some approved things will trigger it
