Daily Rewards Missing

Hi,
I started playing the game few days ago with my friends and after i talked to some older players in the game i realised there are daily rewards such as 200% exp, but me and my friends are getting none. I do know where to check for daily rewards but never got any. Is there anything we need to do before getting those or they are just bugged/disabled?

I just checked mine and there is no problem. Are you sure you are not getting any daily reward?

 

Yes i am sure, same for my friends, we joined Friday morning and nothing so far, we checked the Achievement tabs and everything...
Could it be that new players dont get it or something like that?

Edit: Same goes for loyalty we are not getting any.
Edit2: Seems other players get Gift of Repayments but we still dont

 

hi,
- iam also getting no dayli and loyalitie since the last 1-2 patches, also Reward page says 0 / 0 completed with no information about further rewards / tasks
- still stucked at 5 Dayli Grinding Hour , used only 2 of them and iam playing 8 days 14 h on this server
- also didnt get the Artisan Reward for Cooking (relogged , closed the game , character change )

 

Same issue, nothing new since Friday.
