Server ON? Or Client Problem?

    I was logged normally, got 49 , 99,99% ....
    Went to the Qooby area, to summon scroll and was dc'ed...

    Is the Server working right now ?
    Because i can't connect, press Start, select server, and then disconnect, doesn't go to the char screen.
