Missing Pearl items

    After restored pearl bag inventory patch,items has been sent to the mail which I've collected when the server came online.Then server crashed again in the same day and pearl inventory is restored after the maintenance,now when I login in the game I do not see any pearl items in my pearl inventory.Checked the mail and all characters,there's none pearl items collected from the mail.
