Summon Scroll/Getting to 50

I doubt it's any surprise that summon scrolls are mostly bugged, but this is making it impossible for me to get to 50, as whenever I try summoning the giant catfish I just get an error that says "This monster has already been summoned". I've forfeited the quest multiple times, I even made a new character and leveled them up to 49. No matter what I do I can't get it to work, so I'm assuming it's a server-wide thing?

 

Did you use the scroll and lost connection to the server while the boss was already summoned?

I saw your reply on Discord to wait for the server restart, but to answer your question, no I did not lose connection during the summon. However, summon else was either killing/had just killed the same boss as I started the summon.

 

No one can kill it but you only.
You will be able to summon the boss again after the next server restart.
