throws to the desktop

the second day is not possible to log into the game. when you select a character the game crashes to the desktop. change the game client and downloading the new launcher did not help. restart Windows did not help .



I will help who ? or the difficulty of the language ?

 

As far as I'm aware our dev team has solved the crashes issue yesterday. Are you still crashing with different characters? I've been told there are some bugged areas. So far I was able to confirm only one bugged area, Heidel.

Go to your Black Desert Online folder and delete the config file.

my documents cleaned. CCleaner

 

go to the Documents folder and open Black Desert Online then delete the file named config and start the game. it Might crash one more time after you do that so start it again and it will work. it worked for me

 

is new with Windows installed. I do not know what to look for

 

Go to folder where the game is installed. Found in My computer, local disk, program files, black desert online.

 

C:\Users\[CoputemName]\Documents\Black Desert

and delete all the files there

 

still crashes to desktop

 

Hmmm ... I'm not an expert so I don't wanna throw you off but you might have some bad files ..
