Launcher Error when start

Hi guys, my game show this error when click in start button in launcher

 

Go to your Black Deset Online folder -> Properties -> Remove the "Read-only" -> Apply -> Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files -> OK
If by any chance you are encountering this error:

Follow this:
Type GPedit.msc in Start Search to run Local Group Policy editor. (Or gpmc.msc to run Group Policy Management Console for AD-based domain GPO editor).
Navigate to the following tree branch:

Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options

Locate the following policy in the right pane:

User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators in Admin Approval Mode

Set its value to Elevate without prompt.
Locate the following policy in the right pane:

Code:

User Account Control: Detect application installations and prompt for elevation

Set its value to Disabled.
Locate the following policy in the right pane:

Code:

User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode

Set its value to Disabled.
Locate the following policy in the right pane:

Code:

User Account Control: Only elevate UIAccess applications that are installed in secure locations

Set its value to Disabled.
Disable UAC with Group Policy and restart the PC.
You should be able to remove the "Read-only" after the PC restart.

I Try all your steps, and reboot, but dont start, error again

 

Were you able to remove the "Read-only"?

 

I did all these steps, when I remove "read-only", it loads the normal files, but when I clicked on properties again the read-only option is still enabled

PS: Im Try Reinstall launcher and force check again... Waiting for Results

Can you try this,
Download this file to complete disable UAC from win 7 to win 10 , restart PC
Then go to launcher folder
Dont go inside the folder, instead Right Click the folder, go to Properties, then go to security tab, choose Edit, then choose Add,
after that choose Advanced, then choose Find Now, then find "Everyone" in search result, choose that
after that click OK then it go back to previous tab, select Everyone, the thick Full Control in below Permission, then click OK
hope this will work
