Can't get into game

    I tryed getting into the game for 6 times already. The character is standing in Heidel. Every time i get in, everything is frozen for like 3 minutes and then i'm getting kicked out from the server.

    Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.
    Go to Start -> Search -> type Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right click on your video card -> Update Driver Software -> Search automatically for updated driver software.
