suffer to update

Hi, Is it just me or does everyone suffer to update. My update was running about 18 hours and when I start the game it start check the files again ?/It used lots of datta at night and is slow as a snail. I try Advanced Install and Troubleshooting from DivineEpiphany but An error occurred while processing your request. ...................../

 

I deleted version.dat to see if there is any problem with the download, and so far there is none:
