can not get past Now Processing window

    i am also stuck at Now Processing window. i have no antivirus on and firewall is shut off.i also have tried the rescue option on the website several times.restarted computer to no avail.and yet im still unable to play .please help

    Yenafer was stuck in ch1 and that's why you were unable to log in.
    Restart the client and try again, if the problem presists you will have to wait until the next server restart.
