How much do i have to wait to receive the cash from my donation?

This is ridiculous, over 27 hours since i donated and i still didnt get my 20k cash. When you read the donation terms, it doesnt say anything about waiting up to 48 hours. I paid the money instantly and im helping to keep your server up, and you cant even give me the 20k of a virtual coin that doesnt cost you anything within the first 24 hours? it should be instant

checked in both, like 40 times since i paid

 

What currency did you use? Also, what payment method did you use? I've never had any issues with superrewards even with other games. I pay using my Debit card

 

If it's your first donation then it can take up to 48 hours for the credits to arrive. Nothing to worry about yet, just be patient. You can always contact SuperRewards in case of any doubts.

 

My first donation was 2 days after wipe, it took like 12 hours and i had my cash

 

If I were you, I'd wait. When 48 hours pass and there is still no credits on your account then contact SuperRewards, it's all up to you, but I'm telling you that it's normal. Sometimes you just have to wait, don't ask me why, because I have no idea what that depends on.

 

So its me who has to contact them instead of the admin im donating to? wow all this donation system is some unreal bullshit

 

Are the money are whitdrawed from your bank account/paypal ?

If not try contact superrewards, cuz i always had delays at 4 hours whit them.

 

Paid in euros with my debit card 17.xx euros the 6th of november at 12:5x, they got the money and i got the confirmation email and everything

 

Then contact superrewards, go to your gamez account>donation>superreward> help<follow the superrewards

the donation from 04 oct looks awarded, and the one from 6th nov has the ''viewed'' status
