Connection issues with my Ranger

Im playing here for arround 3 days now. First everything went fine and i had no issues at all. Saturday at arround 3 PM german time i started to get disconnects on my ranger while doing the awakening quest. I disabled antivir, firewall and added google dns. Playing with my Ninja (lvl 8) or my Musa (lvl 20) works just fine.
I traced the issue down a little bit but i have no idea why it only happens on ranger. When i keep a ping running to the website http://gamezbd.com i have at random times a single paket loss that causes the disconnect. Just about 5 seconds after the "Timeout" i get the disconnected from server. For testing purpose i pinged my router as well to check if the loss is happening in my home network but it seems to be outside.

EDIT: Have to add that i got the disconnect on my Ninja now as well.
