    It is possible you are stuck. Log into your accout in gamezbd.com and use the rescue option.
    If the rescue function doesn't help in your case that means you are not stuck and it most likely your connection. Restart your router and try again.
    Did you set exceptions? If you haven't, you won't get past updating patch files.
