    I played a game and froze and I got out of the play . I updated all the files I made the settings and closed the virus programs. I could not enter any character if I did what I was waiting on the character screen. help

    it is waiting and it does not enter

    Try logging into gamezbd.com and go to characters, then choose rescue for the character you were last online with. if you are stuck, this will help
