Game disconnect after 5-10 second

    after 10 seconds normal operation of the game, all players stop moving around, all stop working (mail, chat etc.), and then again disconnect. Played another online game with the Internet all right. Please help)

    Before coming disconnect my character disappears and I have a menu of characters or the "You have been disconnected from the server"
