Game won't pass "Now Processing" in game

    Hey,

    got a problem with my login.

    It is not passing. What can I do?

    Restart your modem/router.
    Disable ping reducer softwares and proxies running in the background.
    In case the two options above didn't work and problem persists, change your DNS. Use the following guide: Gamez Website Connection Error
    Log in gamezbd.com and go to characters, choose the character you think may be stuck and then rescue.

    I did every step ypu told me. Nothing works... I don't get it why, because before the restart at 5 hours ago, everything was fine and worked. I Haven't changed anything

    I have the same issue.. Just came up and now I can't even get past the Now Processing. I have checked for all proxys running. I have none, I entered the gamez 8844 : 8844 as well and rebooted and still hung at same screen.

    Well i downloaded the Server Yesterday and until now im not proud about it. I was able to play like 30 mins then the server went down for maintrance. In the Morning today i wanted to try again and after patching i couldent connect because a virus got detected so it wont start. I fixed that issue and put the client on the List so my anti virus dont need to worry about it. The game started up again but since then i was hanging in the "Processing" Screen thing. I tride everything out and nothing working even your fix dont work. So i Searched for Offical threads and tryed with VPN now i get an diffrent message "Couldent Connect to Server". And i see some Other People got that problem with processing too. So try to use Hide.me or Zenvpn to connect. CyberGhost should work aswell.

    Ps: Use VPN for Netherlands works out for me.

    Restart your W-Lan on the Router.
    If you use Lan. >Remove your lan cable for 10 secs and connect again.

    If it may still not work please Follow those Steps:

    Try to delet your versions.dat

    -Check your Space on your Data Device you need 30-40 gb for the client and 30-40gb for the installer.
    -Now delet the "UserCache" File in your Dokuments.
    -Delet the "Cache" File in your Black Dessert Installation.
    -Delet Service.ini in the BDO Files.

    To repair your game Properly pls Follow those steps:

    -Go to your BDO Games Files.
    -Search the Following File "versions.dat and rename it to; config.filecheck
    -Start the Launcher and Check your Files.

    It may Downloads new Files that are more then 4gb.
