I paid 25$ and didnt recive cash
was using skrill balance (credit card) option
This is first time when i got something like this in gamezbd , i donated with old account and everything was done after 1-2 minutes
and now i got this .....

 

If it's not your first time, give it few hours.

 

1-2h passed already.. i just want to play from 0 and now i must wait another day to recive cash or i got feeling i got scamed

I'm sure their support will respond to your message as soon as possible. As for the donation status, it shows viewed, meaning super rewards already started to process the donation.

 

Please note that what you are experiencing is correct on the Superrewards end. You used one credit card for two separate accounts which might have given them idea that your crredit card information was stolen and used by somebody else, hence they are revising as a countermeasure.
You should be happy about this situation.

 

when i pressed credit card option it req me to use skrill , on old account i just needed to write my cc info and login into my bank for confirm

 

It can take up to 48 hours. It will be there, just be patient

 

i understand that but that never happened with me before
on old account i needed to write just my cc info and go to bank confirm that its me and i was done
but now i needed to make skrill account deposit 25$ into skrill then use skrill to pay...
