Can't enter one of my char​

Bug Description:

Hello, i have one problem with one of my characters at my account. I was chillin in Camasilvia after one quest in the 2nd quest chain and suddenly my char was teleported in the Deep Sea location, after that the game bugged and i can't even press 'save' button or any other buttons in ESC menu/ cant even close it, so i relogged in game, tried to enter this char again and... nothing have happend just because then the loading on the loading screen is over the game buggs again and refuses to respond. It works this way only on 1 of my char ( named WitchBlade), so i can stay in game by the other heroes, but then i try to relog as WitchBlade the game crashes again so i can do nothing. I dunno, maybe this char was banned for some reason, but i didn't do something that violates the game rules or so on. Please save me somehow...​

How to reproduce/proof:

I have screenshots after crash (with the name of location) and on the loading screen (when the client doesn't respond) but both of them in russian lang.​

Log onto gamezbd.com and go to characters, choose the character that may be stuck and then rescue.
