always force close when start the game

    please someone help me, i have a problem when starting the game, always going force close without any notice.

    I've done various ways such as turning off antivirus and fire wall
    please Help me

    I have done that, but it still happens, is there any other way?

    sometimes I can enter but when selecting character ,force close again

    Hi. A problem for me has just started where when you select your character, it stops the loading process and says "Lost connection with the server". Always at that point.

    Any idea what is going on?

    Log onto gamezbd.com and go to characters, then rescue for the character that may be stuck.
