Twin-headed treants don't appeaer

I can not find twin-headed treants over 2 hours ... please help me to finish some releted quests

Here's a spawn point. Twin headed treant spawns approximately every 1 minute and 20 seconds

 

fortunately i found it about an hour ago. thanks for the heads up hopefully itll help more people.
