Donation problem

Hello I've just bought a pin on UltraDonate and when I try to redeem on the website it's saying Code already redeemed. but on UltraDonate it says Pending ( the payment is ok ) I already redeemed a code earlier without any problems

If your purchase status is on pending, this means that the purchase is not yet complete and therefore you can't use the code you purchased. You will have to wait until the status changes to awarded.

 

I've just bought another code and it was "pending" but it worked perfectly

 

Alright then I guess contacting their support about the first purchase would be the right thing to do.
