Problem with pet exchange

Hello there,

Got a little problem with the pet exchange function.

I just tried to exchange some pets to eventually get a T4 pet. Not that I tried it a few times (5 pets, tried 2 times T4 so 6 pets from each... species?)

I got no T4 and when I exchanged one T2 and one T3 it gave me a T2. Shouldn't it be T3 or T4 if you exchange em like that?

You can't seem to get a T4 with a T2 and T3 (http://www.blackdesertfoundry.com/pets-guide/ <- there it says it should be possible but T2 with this combination shouldn't)
I got ONE T4 now but just by combining two T3 pets. Please help me quick! (

Is it intentional?

 

Whether you get t3 or t4 is rng. Also make sure to level the pets after t1, it gives higher chance, but still rng.

 

Still there is the question, if it is intentional to exchange a t2 and a t3 and still get a t2 when the bdfoundry says otherwise...
Is there anything wrong with the rates? Plus there is no chance to get a t4 out of a t2 and t3.

 

Were they leveled to 10?

 

A few of them were actually. But at the end I just exchanged Lv. 1 pets.
But that shouldn't be the issue.
