Input string was not in a correct format.

So my friend tried to install GamezBD and got a message like:

"Input string was not in a correct format. The application is terminating"

first he get failed to init security message and i told him to make a exception in windows defender or antivirus, after that he get stuck at preparing to download and i said to relaunch the launcher, and he get failed to init security again so he tried to make exception and replace the launcher with a new one, but now he stuck at input string was not in a correct format.

can somebody help him?

 

For failed to init security, he needs to set the gamezbd launcher folder as an exemption in the antivirus, firewall, and windows defender. Sometimes this is needed even if they are disabled.
