Bosses and large enemies nearly unfightable for me

Scroll bosses and large enemies like the cyclopses seem to jerk around a lot and don't do some of their animations. For instance I summoned the very first boss red nose and he instantly starts swinging when he's supposed to be doing his summoning animation. He also just jerks around when he should be doing his jumping attack. All the bosses and large enemies I've fought have been like this.

Is this how this server is or is it on my end? If this is just an issue for me then it looks like either lag or something wrong with my client. I live in california and have fast internet, so I'm hoping it's my client and it's something fixable. I heard the servers are supposed to be in chicago, which shouldn't be an issue. When i ping 50.28.39.237 I have about 70 ping which should be pretty good in theory.

Any help/info would be greatly appreciated. Matter of fact if anyone provides me with a tip or info that leads me to resolve this issue I'd gladly gift a month of premium or like a few thousand of my pearls.

 

Learn the skill rotations.
Animations will get stuck which is where big abilities are being casted. Look at them like warning animations. Iframe those or use movement abilities to get away from the target.

You'll get the hang of it once you fight more bosses. Experiance is everything.
