Weapons and Armor Degraded due to bug/logout issue

on 4/3/2018 I was in battle arena, which I joined from a safe location with no guards, while negative 250k karma. I went to log out of my character and I left my pc, when I returned the next day somebody had stopped my logout process and killed me inside of the battle arena. This resulted in me being teleported to Iliya Island and repeatedly killed by guards while I slept. My PEN dandelion kerrispear, PEN heve helmet, TET muskans shoes, and TET bhegs all degraded multiple times each.
this is my gear before and after. Only the Awakening weapon, helmet, boots, and gloves were effected, all other gear differences (basilisk belt and heve armor) were degraded by me intentionally while enhancing. Thank you for reading and please let me know what can be done

 

Gear should be restored imo and the battle arena kick to previous location imo.. where you jumped in from.. like it normally does

 

That really sucks.
I'ts not really the servers fault that you didn't make sure you were logged out though. I dont think you should be compensated, but i hope RNG is on your side when enhancing back up.

Edit: If you got kicked to town after entering from wilds you should definetly be compensated..

 

It's sad to hear this but the server did it's job. It doesn't discriminate; it kicks everyone when the servers go down. I would relocate to a safe, quiet place and log out there in the future.
