Cant Move when log in game

Someone could help me, when I open the launcher, most of the time it gets "Processing", and when it logs the character, it gets frozen as if it was very lag! The chat goes up slowly, and I can not do anything, I can not perform any actions on the character, please someone help me

Press and release ALT key. I do not know if its the same issue but I had this once. My computer forced ALT down and that does not allow you to do anything in BDO. You can test that by holding ALT and trying to click I for inventory or anything else. If that is not the issue then, you should try to check the key configurations. Your binds might of reset.

 

i got dc 5/10 min after login...

 

After acctualy reading this thread I realized what I just said has nothing to do with anything. Might just be because of poor graphics settings and/or bad pc. The game might be overloading the pc and it is just crashing.

 

It is not crash... is some trouble with connection. I select the char and it go back to first screen saying i lost connection with the server.

Elyz, i think i solved. I connect with vpn, works, then a leave i try without vpn and works. Can be lucky, can really work, i dont know.

Como eu sei que você é br, vou escrever em português: Acho que foi sorte, mas tudo que eu tentei falhou a não ser isso, usar o vpn para logar, sair e logar dnv sem vpn.

 

That's correct! it's an issue on the connection. With VPN I can connect as well with no problems. But if I tried logging in without the VPN, it will connect me through the Client but it will disconnect me once I click connect on my character. My region is SEA ang I tried messaging some MODS via Discord and they told me that they don't block regions, and it should work without VPN. I do believe that too that we can connect without VPN because it's working before 24/7 but after the last patch before the DDOS, this always happened to me and some of my friends.
