    A guild member and I were wondering if the rates for getting a T9 is higher here? And also how much does the percentage increase with Premium?

    Bump! - I would also like to know this, new to horse breeding and wondering if it's even worth trying to get my very own T9 on this server compared to retail (which feels impossible).

    For premium users the percentages are 5% instead of 1%, and each FS gives 2% instead of 1%.

    For premium, what is the maximum % for failstacks then? I thought in retail it was 5%, but if in premium it starts out at 5 then what is the maximum chance it can increase to?
