Can't build FS with Reblath

Hi all.
I am trying to build around 20 FS with +14 Reblath and finding it impossible.
The last 6 attempts I went to +15 at 14 FS, then 9 FS, then 11 FS, then 12 FS, then 1 damn FS, then at 2 FS.
Are the guides posted on this forum saying you can reach 20 FS with Reblath accurate?

I feel like I'm wasting time and money constantly succeeding at really low FS, I don't think it seems possible to reach 20 unless you have to downgrade the armor 50 times in the process.

Thanks! according to the database the upgrade chance at 0 FS should be 2% for both reblath and militia dagger, so they should follow the same probability. That would be the same on the Gamez server right?

So wtf is going on with my enhancement... why can't I build FS argh!

Just tried it again, +14 reblath, succeeded with 3 FS...

Downgraded and tried one last time, succeeded with 1 FS.
What is going on?

Do you have premium? If so,that can be why. I can confirm this as possible because when I had premium,I had the same exact problem. However, now that I do not, I find failstacking to be much easier xD

 

It's possible, I was able to easily build +20 FS without premium.
