problems with the auction

I didn't understand what u problem is but ive got some issues with the special deals.
I was farming with a friend yesterday we had special deals on. And we didn't received the money for all the items we farmed.
We realized that because we got a Forest Ronaros Ring it got sold because it isn't anymore in special deals and no one of us got the money for this.

 

I can confirm that, sometimes the item is aviable, and you click buy and you egt the message "already sold" but it's not sold.
@Most94 if you leave a party and your friend too and you make a new party, your party loot is complete empty, that does not mean the items got all sold, it just mean you can not longer see the items.

Btw. he is saying, he dont can buy group market stuff with a maid.

Just tested, via maid can not buy the item, walked to market, could buy it.

 

@Dracken I know that the stash gets empty if u get in new group.
The problem is we left the group but didnt received the money and it got sold 100% because it istn anymore in the special deals.

 

Then you should instant contact a staff and not write here between the lines
