Teamviewer Key-Input

Hey,

since the 855 Update Im unable to handle the Game over Teamviewer anymore.
Mousemovement is working, but it doesn´t recognize Keyboard Input.

Are there any known workarounds ?

 

Having the same problem.
Tried other remote access programs, but it's the same for all of them.

My boyfriend and I are also both experiencing this issue. Mouse input works even in-game but keyboard input is just non-existent. Hitting Ctrl to toggle cursor simply does not work.
I'm thinking it is to do with SmartGuard, as we have never had this issue before 855 update. But I could be wrong.
I tried alternatives like Chrome Remote Desktop and Anydesk but keyboard input still cannot be registered.

@Noyah @Kolka Any information about this or possible solutions? I know this issue is regarding an external program not related to GamezBD so it may not even be your responsibility to investigate this, but it would really be helpful for specific groups of people

Yeah, same here. Tried reinstalling BDO but having the same problem.
