Arsha (PVP) Channel when?

I would also greatly enjoy this and I imagine so would many others! But since the OP didn't really go too much in depth as to what the Arsha PvP server is even though most already know. It is a server on retail where there are no penalties for PvP, such as Karma-loss and most importantly for most players they wont be sent to jail if they kill while in the desert, also on retail there is a 50% drop rate increase, I personally do not care if we get that with it or not, it would be nice to have more incentive, but not something i would beg for. I would just love to have all the pvp penalties removed while on said server.
