Game Crashes on Character Selection

    So as the title says, I can login to the game, choose a server and through the character selection page but when I click the "Connect" button it auto closes the client. I already did a force check on my client's files.

    Any thoughts? Or is the game down at this moment?

    Same here, client closes after I press select in the character selection screen. It was not like this last night before the 09/16/18 update

    Update: Did a force check again but problem still persist.

    Not sure if it has to do with the current Windows 10 update version 1803 x64-based (KB4100347)?

    i have same problem, your connection to server is not good thats why your game close without notification, try vpn, my problem suddenly dissappear when my ping good

    I'm stuck right after license and agreement too, we need to request for server reboot i guess :D

    Hello, I am a new player to gamezbd and I am currently having an issue where I can't create any character of any class.
    I can get up to the character creation screen but when I go to complete the creation, the game closes and it re opens the client.
    Is this a normal problem? Do you have the same problem?
    Please let me know if you are experiencing or experienced the same issue and or resolved this issue so that I may try the same.

    It was a bug for a little while. Should be fixed now. :)

    If your still having this issue, give this a try, not 100% certain it will work though.
    Open CMD, type "netsh winsock reset" without the ", restart computer.

    Yes my problem has been resolved and I am assuming it was because of the bug, if I have the same issue in the future I will remember what you have suggested, thanks again.
