Hi everyone :) I've been a player of GameZBD for a month or 2 now and I couldn't help but notice that GameZ runs an Aion server as well. Since I've never heard of Aion before, I figure im going to check it out. A few questions before I pull the trigger though...

Are there any NA players/guilds? I'm from NA and would like to find some people to play with that speak english and are on around the same time I am.

What's the population like? Is it worth it to dedicate a lot of time playing or would I be too far behind for it to even be worth it?

I watched a video before posting this and it seems there are a TON OF SKILLS for each class... does each class have like different builds using a portion of the skills or do you use all of the skills all the time? That's a load of keybinds and im not the type of MMO player to run around while I click all my skills as I saw in the video lol.

Anyway, the game looks cool and I am a fan of more traditional MMOs, just sick of WoWfreakz and GW2.. Aion looks refreshing.

Thanks for answering and hope you all have a wonderful day/night!

I don't know about any NA legions around but there are NA players. We usually get 200+ players in peak hours specially in event time. I seldom play now since I do have work so I can't really say if it is worth the time but it helps me refresh since I play a lot of Overwatch.

    Hi and welcome to Aion!
○Afaik, there are active NA players ingame, I'm based on Asia so I've never joined any NA guild but most existing guilds are English speaking ones. Most players ingame understand English at communication level.

○Playerbase runs around at 250+ a day (not exactly sure, semi-active atm). It's not too late to start playing Aion, there are newer players ingame as well, gearing up has been made quite easier compared to back then.

○I recommend reading http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/aion-starter-guide.202454/ for starters, a little bit outdated on some parts but still relevant. Guides can be found here http://forum.gameznetwork.com/forums/guides.64/. Aion is a heavy-keybind mmo but it's not really that hard to familiarize with skills as they've been reduced greatly now.

Well, I tried to play but for some reason the suggested software for the camera fix only works about 70% of the time and thats just the most frustrating thing ive ever experienced. I'll maybe give it a try again when its fixed but thanks for the kindness.
