The moment i click start this happens and yes i did try too change DNS and yes i reinstalled the game disabled firewall but still the issue remains and i am sure that i am not the only one that has this problem at the moment PLEASE DO SOMETHING

 

Try starting the launcher with Administrative Privileges (Right click -> 'Run As Administrator') .. see if that resolve the issue o.o

Strange guess we'll have to wait for @Noyah to see this lol... btw your game exe file is also set to run as admin right?

 

Yes and this is a known issue by the admins it was mentioned a week ago

 

Have you tried logging in with a VPN to see if the problem persists?

Okay, thought so and had to make sure. A few questions:
Were you able to log in before? If so, did you try the rescue option?
Did you try reinstalling the launcher?
Make sure you don;t have any VPN or ping reducers running the background.

 

I have the same problem

 

It's usually due to your ISP sort of blocking the game.
It happened to me multiple times but when I switched ISP, it stopped.
So its something with the ISP + connection going to gamezbd servers that is blocking it.
VPN usually would fix that though.

Already reinstalled the launcher multiple times... already did try with 2 vpn services it did not work since some people were able to solve this issue with a vpn can you recommend me one because the ones i have do not work at all...thanks.

I also have this same issue but I haven't been able to play at all, just hit start "Now Processing" left it on for 30 min nothing. Tried Kill ping, tried Hide me. nothing Changed the install and gamez BD to C drive nothing. I tried all the trouble shooting methods that they provide I don't have any thing that is blocking me from connecting to them the only thing i can think of its server side or it just my ISP ( I use Comcast from the States.)

 

Basing on what's happening, its with some ISP have incompatibilities with the server. I am sure of that since I changed ISP and now I never had issues like that ever.

 

Bump still cant start the game =(
