its always happen after tle smartguard appear
after the last update
and this happen

 

I know that there's several posts about this already but non of them seem to have a solution. So I'm wondering if anyone who had this problem and how they managed to solve it.

Usually error code like this is because of corrupt files, try verifying your files.

Same, I tried everything and still no luck. Even tried the netsh winsock reset and still the same thing happened.

Update: It worked now for me. I don't know how. LOL
