Cannot initialize System object - even with Hyper V disable

Hi,

First, let me say I have about 15 years experience with system control and technical background.
It seems that even when I disable the Hyper-V services and confirmed that the network adapter properties Hyper-V is not checked. I still get the same error.
I have started disabling all Virtual Machine control services including Windows network virtual control as well as uninstalled and disable other adapter ports other than my wifi adapter.
I can confirm that nothing is running on my system to indicate any virtual connection or (VM console) is detected.
However, I still get this error.
I have also performed multiple of system file checks on the GameZBDO application including uninstalling all software and re-installing it back.
I still get the same error.
Can you please advise if there are any other events that might trigger this error message?

Here is some background on my system:
AMD FX-8370 8 core 4.00Ghz
AMD Radeon R9 390 - 8Gb Ram
32 Gb of ram
Windows 10 Pro (NOT Windows Server)
Killer E2200 Network card (disable)
ASUS PCE-AC68 802.11ac network Wifi
